Our portfolio includes façade solutions with green walls and hybrid composite panels, playgrounds safety flooring and play equipment and artificial grass for landscape and sport. Currently, we have a vacancy for a Business Development Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and developing sales opportunities
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
  • Visiting (prospective) clients and sharing the company’s capabilities and solutions
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with clients and new contacts
  • Following up on new business opportunities
  • Planning and preparing presentations
  • Supporting the marketing team in implementation the marketing strategies
  • Creating sales pitches
  • Executing sales objectives
  • Attending networking events
  • Negotiating sales contracts and preparing sales contracts following company rules and guidelines
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
  • Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
  • Researching market and industry trends

Qualification & experience:

  • Candidate must possess at least Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, sales or business management
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) & interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Sensitive to business and market opportunities
  • Confident, self-motivated and self-starting mentality
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience
  • Goal-oriented and organized team player
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects and ongoing sales lead management with use of CRM/sales management programs.
  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
  • Proficient computer skills on Microsoft or Apple – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Fluent and professional communication in person, on the phone, and in email

    A valid driving license and your own car are essential for this role.
